Starting off the serious roleplay

[So, since I like to start off most things, hoe about I start off the serious RP? Anyone can join in this one, but I warn you, I want this to be at the most very long. Okay?]

The day was getting dark and the air was bitter cold. Kaito was used to the cold, even if it felt as if it was stinging him and made his face and his hands numb. With this hands and face losing almost all feeling he started to rub his hands on his face , hoping the friction was enough to warm him up a bit. "It's bitter" He thought as the sun was now almost completely gone.

He walked toward a small post, one with fire and warmth. He lifted his hands up to get his hands more warmth than he can make. It felt nice, it felt as if someone was holding his hands. It was comforting. It wasn't like someone was going to hold his hands anymore, he's not a child... But he is at heart.

That's the bad part.

Kaito has always been one for this optimistic personalty. People never knew when he felt hurt. But it's not like he knew what true anger was. What it really felt to be totally hated by ones he thought loved him. So he just stood there, thinking why he was even having this thought in the first place.

He remembers back when the Kagamine twins used to always depend on him for almost everything. He remembers when Meiko wasn't mean.. no, she always has been a big meanie to him. Miku has always been the same, just more popular, and might just be too busy for him. The newer people have taken his place, now that there are more males. Even someone that is not that new, people love him just for his costume. Kaito mentally face palmed.

He should NOT be having thoughts like this. HE knows that in a way they are all family. And that Masuta loves them all... But it seems that recently that Masuta has been ignoring Kaito. There have been less KAITO songs than ever. More for the newer people though. Kaito just felt his heart stabbed.

He shook it off, it was nothing, nothing at all. He started to go back to the house, not wanting to have anyone seeing him like this at all. He walked to the front porch, opening the door, only to see someone about to open the door...

(Sigh, I need to make this longer than yours, watch.)


Luke was getting bored of everyone having such a good time without him. Because he is his sisters counter part they always see HER and not HIM. He is his own after all, but to each his own. He just never saw them back as so, so, when a new person comes in, he never really treats them like family. It's not like they are true family anyways.


He watched as everyone was getting ready for Gumi's birthday. It was so far, but so close. Sad thing is, not one can remember a certain someones birthday. He found it sad that they would welcome some stranger that has come out of the blue and the older ones like Meiko and Kaito have been long forgotten. Does anyone even remember SONIKA or that one Hello Kitty VOCALOID?


Oh well, their own loss for not known such amazing people, he thought. Some of them are sensible people and they are nothing like the younger generation has them out to be. Even if he's SOMEWHAT new, he still loves his senpais.


He walked into the kitchen, seeing no one in sight and only seeing a small cake. 'Are they starting this now? Her birthday is in DAYS!' He thought irritated with it all. If anything, their minds are too tedious. They always forget the ones that should matter more in their lives.


Luke was never one to interfere with someone when he sees them down, but when he opened the door to walk to the store for more food, and sees Kaito with big red eyes and tears wetting his face, he couldn't help but feel a deep sadness for him. He took Kaito's hand and rushed him into the house, in a place where people couldn't see Kaito like this.


"What's wrong?" He said as he sat Kaito down for a good long talk. He noticed that Kaito didn't want to repond at all, his eyes seemed more dead than anything. 'Talk...' He repeated in his head but got no response what so ever. Luke messed with his pink flamboyant in frustration.


This isn't the first time that he's seen Kaito do this. Seem this depressed. But it seems that a lot of people have been affected by this sort of depression. But last time Kaito got into this everyone was more obvious to it. Luke petted Kaito's head, and saw that Kaito looked back up at him with tears.


"Kaito-nii, are you going to tell me what's wrong? Please tell me, I won't tell anyone.." Luke said stroking Kaito's hair. Kaito shook his head at Luke, and Luke mentally sighed. "Fine, be that way." He said as he sat back and watched Kaito from the corner of his eye.

With a sigh, Luka made her way out of the bathroom and started heading for the kitchen again. Everyone seemed to want to get everything for Gumi's birthday set up so soon, and truthfully she was excited about it.

She felt it was a little too early though.

She truly like Gumi. She was good company and fun to be around, and often she found better qualities in anyone, so didn't bear too much hostility to them, but she had to wonder about how things were changing.

No...it doesn't matter right now. Thoughts like this will get me nowhere.

She paused in step upon hearing soft voices in another room, away from where anyone might see them. She frowned slightly and cocked her head a little, soon recognizing Luke's voice. Though what he said confused her.

Kaito-nii is upset again...?

She wanted to help, but she didn't think she should interrupt. She knew Luke could probably cheer him up, and if so then she didn't want to get in the way, because she felt it wasn't her place.

However, she was torn because she did honestly want to help.

She also knew that eavesdropping wasn't right, so she decided to give them a bit of time and come back, maybe offer to go out for ice cream with Kaito, and invite her counterpart as well. Ice cream cheered him up well, so she hoped that would work.

She only continued to the kitchen.

(Ah..sorry I didn't make this longer. ^^;; A bit of writer's block over making it longer.)

[ Don't try to make mine longer, you know I can make mine WAY longer than yours, and I'm not talking about SIZES. Perv.]




He walked with the boy-- more like he was dragged by him by force into the small abandoned room that no one goes into anymore due to it's lack of importance. Kaito was forced down to sit. Now, Kaito knew the way Luke thought, and he knows that Luke cares...but...



Kaito didn't want to speak up to the boy. He knew he could trust him but he didn't want to. He felt like if he put any trust in him like he did with his other younger siblings he would have to feel this hurt again. "I-I'm fi-Fine...." He finally let out, shaky, but still, let out.


He could see the defeat, or, the somewhat defeat in Luke's eyes when he said it like that. Luke knew, Luke knew that Kaito was hurt, and Kaito knew that. He knew just by the look in his eyes, the vibe that he was getting from the flamboyant boy sitting in front of him.


"You don't have to worry about my little trivial matters, it's all nothing." He said looking back up at the boy with a melancholy smile. Luke must have been more irritated with him since he can see that Luke was sighing more. Kaito hung his head down and observed the floor under his feet.



He could feel Luke starting to pet his hair. "You don't have to.. Nothing might help anyways.. Just let me be for a while..." He looked up smiling with tears slowly running down his face. "Okay?"


[FFUUUUU-- DIDN'T MAKE LONGER And it's fine =w=]

[HAHA! Thank you sister for coming in on this! this will take forever for me to reply, but it's cause I'm at work >3>]


Luke felt his sister come by, but slowly felt her pass. He closed his eyes and then made Kaito stand. "You don't have to feel the way you do, you know that." Luke opened the door and let Kaito out, Kaito walked out of the door and Luke walked out following him.


"Kaito-nii, please come this way." He said as he escorted Kaito back to his room. "You need to rest. Don't do stupid things." And he closed the door and walked off. He went to look for his nee-chan.

[SHORT CAUSE I HAVE TO GET BACK TO WORK]

The kitchen was fairly empty for the moment, and Luka was glad for that. Icing the cake was something she'd said she would do, and that's what she was going to get done as she stepped over to the fridge to find the icing.

That didn't take long, and once it was in her possession she pulled a butter knife from the drawer, then knocked that drawer shut with a light bump of her hip. Popping the lid on the small tub of frosting, she started icing the cake.

I wonder what was bothering Kaito-nii this time...

She shook her head and set to work, because she knew he'd be alright in time. Time heals all wounds, they say.

Icing the cake was a simple task, and by the time Luke might find her, she'd be almost halfway through, and she was humming softly the tune of Just Be Friends, her focus on the cake.

She could feel Luke but she didn't turn around, only kept to her task, because she was focused on wanted to finish before stopping.

[God, this work is hard =w= LUNCH BREAK! Let's hope I finish]

Luke stood over his beloved sister and sighed over her. "Nee-chan, why are we doing all of this so soon?" He said looking over at his sisters hard work. He looked at the cake with a 'Tangobi omedetto Gumi-chan!' written on it.

"She's a lucky one for my nee-chan to write it for her" He said as he took out a chair and sat backward on it. "Also, Nee-chan, I'm hungry, give me food" He demanded like a child with a straight face.

(WORRKKK AAHH!!! freeing Phone ._.)

She laughed a bit and finished up her icing, the writing and the base finished. she tilted her head a bit, admiring her work, and then licked her fingers clean of the icing that had gotten on them.

"I know it's early...but I was asked and I don't mind. It just gives us the chance to make sure everything else is taking care of, right?" She said, smiling as she glanced over her shoulder at Luke.

Upon hearing his childish request, she gave an amused chuckle.

Luke sure could be annoying. But she loved him nonetheless. She was used to it, of course. And she didn't mind it either. Out of all of the Vocaloids, her patience and tolerance level was one if the highest.

"You know where the food is." She poked at his stomach, then turned and lifted the onto a plate where it could be covered. Once it was taken care of, she opened the fridge and placed it on one of the shelves, organizing much of what was there to hide it.

"I guess I could make us something. How about tuna sandwiches?" She asked, pulling a couple cans of tuna out of the fridge.

[Sorry, work gives me little breaks in EVERYTHING. I mean FFUUU-- Well this is going to be very short for me since I have to somehow find a way to walk home.]



His eyes brightened at the sight of the most lovely and ost delectable TUNA! Oh how the taste of tuna makes his mouth water before he even gets it in his mouth. He loves that it makes him feel all wonderful on the inside and that in one bite of anything with tuna he wonders off into a magical world, which is love.


"Gimme." He said, looking as if his mind didn't just now go off into lala land, but he knew that his sister might have seen him in this state, in his mind. He give her a bad ass but smug look. Yet made him look like a little child.

(*goes back to work*)

Shaking her head a bit, Luka made a light jab with her fingers at Luke's forehead, poking him away and turning back to the counter as she started preparing two sandwiches.

"Be patient. I'll make two sandwiches, you can have one." She said, bearing an amused smile.

Her hands worked quickly and without mistake, since of course tuna sandwiches and most any form of meal involving tuna was something she could cook or make perfectly without thinking.

It didn't take long for her to finish, and she gave a satisfactory grin as she licked the butter knife she'd spread the tuna with. A soft hum escaped her as she enjoyed that bit, and she dropped the knife in the sink then picked up both of the sandwiches, one for Luke and one for herself.

Luke looks up at Luka and her amazing sandwiches, that had TUNA! TUNA! The very weakness of Luke, the smell and taste of tuna~ But not chicken of the sea brand, that stuff sucks, thank god he's the one that goes to get the food in this house with Miku and some others, unless the Kagamine twins became asses and put that bad brand.. which he doubted. Why was he even thinking this?


Luke took the sandwich, gave his sister a pleased look, while taking a bite of the most amazing thing ever, he noticed the cabin needed work on, maybe he should find someone to go and look at that. But, he might just end up fixing it on his own.



He looked back over to his sister, whom is eating, he sees that she has tuna on her check.. He can't do anything, it's bothering him, it's bothering him, it's bothering him, he now feels dizzy, wonderful, darn you OCD.



He shook his head and kept eating. Inhaling the wonderful smell of the sandwich.

Luke just stared at his Nee-chan. Stair. Looking. "Nee-chan." He said, looking at the one spot on her check. "Nee-chan it's bothering me." He said, just looked it. "Please" He said, sounded bothered.

(Replies will not be short, people are demanding.)

She couldn't believe it! Gumi's birthday was almost here! Well actually, her birthday was a few weeks away, but her party was almost here! For the past week, she'd been thinking of ideas on what to do for Gumi, what her party should be like and before she knew it, she was begging everyone around her to start it early. She just couldn't help it! Everyone already knew she was impatient, it wasn't her fault.

Miku was thinking like this for a while and couldn't help but let out a small squeal at the thought of the party. She ended up getting the attention of the infamous birthday girl next to her. Before she could ask what was wrong, Miku glomped Gumi and starting rolling around with her on the floor, away from the couch they were previously sitting on. "I CAN'T WAIT ANYMORE GUMI!! Your party's going to be the BEST THING EVER!"

The girl next to her giggled and fought to control the havoc that was her best friend. She succeeded, but only when she said that Miku's hair was going to get tangled again if she kept rolling like that. "Ok, ok FINE." She gave off such a melodramatic look that her friend bursted into laughs. She loved seeing her do that. She was about to say something else when the door opened.

Luka checked it out, and then came back shortly while icing the cake. Then her brother came in and started asking for his sandwich. He never whined. He asked. She did the same thing, so she knew.

She watched all of this with curiosity and Gumi soon started to watch with her. "Nee, Luka-chan can we lick the frosting?" Her answer was an elbow attack from Gumi. "Hey! What's wrong with asking?" She was soon told that asking wasn't the problem. People can be so confusing some times.

Luke looked at his nee-chan with a blank look at his face. "Nee-chan, your face." He pouted, pointing at the tuna on her check. HE said nothing other than that. He just pointed at it, hoping she gets that he means tuna on face and nothing more than that.

Cause that would be REALLY bad.

Miku waited... and waited.. they weren't answering her question. How sad! She was going to ask again, but figured that Gumi would probably just get mad at her again, so she dropped the idea. However, that did have it's consequences. Now she was bored.

Thinking that she really had nothing else better to do, she decided to jump over the couch and head to the stairs, leaving a befuddled Gumi to play catch-up. What was she going to do? She was going to greet the person that came home! She bet 20 mental bucks that it was her Nii-chan. Which was a lot, since she was really serious on mental betting. The 'other' side had beat her and now it was 10 to 2. She'd win.. and lose.. or you get the idea.

She rounded the corner, making her twin tails smack the wall as she went along. She didn't think to worry about them though, since she was almost there anyway. The next five seconds saw her swing open her brother's door and leap on top of him in some sort of hug-thing. "Nii-chan~ I'm bored!" She said as she wrapped her arms around him in her hug. If he resisted, she'd probably wrestle him to the ground.

(THE PLOT THICKENS)

Luke looks over at Luka, smiling. "I didn't want to seem rude nee-chan." He said, looking amused as ever. He took one more bite of the tuna and finished it off. He licked part of the tuna from his fingers and cleaned his hands. "That was rather a---" He hears a loud, high pitched voice. "Well, that was loud."
(WWOORRRK)

Luke watched as his sister took out the ramune. When did he buy those? He had to look over the expiration date later. He stood up and walked over to the small cabinet and looked inside for more things for him to nibble on. He may not look it, but he eats. A lot. More than the Kagamine twins can eat in a week he finishes in less than half a week. Seeing that he was going to go shopping before he saw Kaito-nii he thought it was time to try to go back to the store.


He looked over to his Nee-chan who was drinking the ramune, which he STILL doesn't know if it's expired or not. "Nee-chan, I want to go shopping, make sure no one tries to kill each other" He got his keys out of his pocket. "You know how chaotic they can become, mostly with all this 'excitement' all about". He sighed at the thought of the house being all torn up from every single inch, just like the last time.


He went to get his wallet, turned back from the balls of his foot and does some swift thing that makes it look like he has some sort of swag. "Well, I'm, off"

She knew what was happening! She didn't know how but she knew someone was going shopping and SHE HAD 300 LEEKS LEFT. That was not nearly enough to last the week. Or half a week for that matter. She glanced between her Nii-chan and the direction of someone leaving the store. Then she gave a pleading look at Gumi.

Gumi laughed and claimed about how she must be turning into some kind of slave but she left anyways. Just as Luke opened the door, Miku could hear Gumi tell him to pick up all 300 leeks and some carrots. She could also hear Luke's exasperated response. Victory is sweet.

In celebration to her new victory she clung all the more to her brother and continued to ask for his attention.

Luke stared a Gumi, just, looked at her with a blank look on his face. He sighed, knowing that he just can't ignore the request, knowing it was from Miku and that if you reject something from Miku you WILL end up dead the next day.


He walked to the door and looked behind him for a second and walked out to the store.

Kaito walked out of the room and was attacked by the little bundle of joy-ish teenager also known as Miku Hatsune. His little sister that has become so infamous over the years. He smiled, happily, but bitterly at his sister, not wanting her to worry. He petted her soft yet super long twin tails and went over with her and did what ever she would plead.

He was rather distant, in his eyes anyways, so it didn't surprise him when she called for more attention. So he smiled at her again, bitterly, but still a smile, and petted her again while she clug to him.

She had been right! HA! Take that 'other side'! 10-3 was way better than what anyone else could accomplish, she was sure of it! She mentally gloated in her victory as she snuggled with her brother as he petted her.

She was always so happy when he did that. She had been happy before, but all this loving attention was just wonderful~ Especially since it felt like she hadn't seen her brother in years! Freakin' concerts. I mean, she loved them and she wouldn't want to disappoint her fans but... a little personal time would be nice.

Miku thought this as curled up and started to get tired. Cuddling made her tired, ok? I mean, it'd probably to that to anyone else too! So instead of fighting it, she just get comfortable.

As she continued to get comfortable, she couldn't help but think of how unique her brother was. Her brother was such a good brotherly type, but then he could put on his nipple stars and go super-ultra-pervert-mode. People would think bad of her for being with him, but she always enjoyed the exercise of attacking them when Nii-chan wasn't looking. After all, he may be a pervert, but no one could be as GOOD as a pervert as him! Which was extremely awesome in a way that no one else could understand.

Not a lot of people seemed to realize it, but he was also extremely cute when it came to ice cream. If you teased him with ice cream, he gave off the cutest squeal! Then his scarf would be tied in a bow, and she could carry him around in her arms while he ate. Yeah, no one else could begin to compare with a brotherly-perverted-cute-brother with the power to shrink and was she thinking out loud?

"--out loud?" She shut her mouth. She could die of embarrassment right now. Was there a hole out for rent because she could use it right about now. Like RIGHT right now.
